Education:
M.A. Degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Language Education, or a related field.
Ph.D. and experience with English for Specific Purposes preferred.
Experience:
Work as TESOL educator or coordinator
Management of educational programs
Professional development experience
Work with university faculty
Skills:
Ability to manage a complex multifaceted program involving multiple stakeholders.
Flexibility; dedication; excellent communication skills; cultural sensitivity; ability to effectively manage rapid relocation maneuvers involving emergency avoidance procedures with regard to multiple ballistic projectiles (which may from time to time potentially interfere/encroach upon classroom coordinates); ability to maintain effective educational performance for multiple stakeholders with one limb (or less).
